This headset is great! It is very easy to use. It looks great. It is comfortable and best of all, it works great! I bought it for use while driving and voice chat for online gaming. It works perfect in the car but it’s a different story for the computer. It doesn’t have very good sound quality for gaming but it’s perfect for voice chat. It has too much treble and not enough bass in game and for music. I can’t hold that against it though because it isn’t intended for gaming. For what it is intended for it is PERFECT!
NOTE: You can actually set it up to be used as your speaker & microphone for a VOIP program and have your video games play sound through desktop speakers and it’s perfect. I have all of my sound come through the headset though because I play late at night while my wife & baby are asleep in the same room. It doesn’t do me justice in the game when I need to hear footsteps and other noises but it gets the job done!

I’ve been using this headset for a month now and have found it to be of excellent design and performance. Audio quality is great ,it’s easy to use and it lasts for awhile on one charge. The fit is comfortable and you forget it’s on sometimes. I also like the quick shut-off button.

I previously had a Jarba and Logitech headsets which worked fine but were very uncomfortable. I purchased this h620 with Amazon and free shipping for about 40 bucks. It arrived, I charged it for 2 hours – paired it with my phone with NO issues at all – it fits PERFECTLY and you barely notice its even on/in your ear – fantastic voice quality and folks on other end do not know you are on a headset.

using this for 2 weeks. mixed reviews from people on the other side. seems to work best when in the car, otherwise people say they cant understand me and I sound digitized. unit also does not work well when moving from phone (if I leave the phone on a table and walk away about 10-15 feet reception gets poor. battery power seems to work well and charging is fast, volume is nice and loud. I give the in ear fit a 6 of 10. Ebay has this piece for $18 plus free ship do dont spend more.
