From a merchant standpoint, this is very good. Quick shipment. From a product standpoint, make sure you read carefully the description. I purchased this primarily because it came up when I did a search for accessories for iPhone 3G. The only part of this item that works with the 3G is the data cable. It only charges via the USB port on your computer. The wall charger and lighter charger won’t work. They work great for your iPods, however.

I’ll echo what another reviewer said, I got the product in a timely fashion and it’s a good bargain to get a retractable cable and a wall charger for under $10. However, the car charger accessory doesn’t work with the iPhone 3G S. It puts a message up saying “this charger is incompatible” on your iPhone screen and doesn’t charge. This should be noted in the product description, but for this price, what do you expect?

The product is cheap so it was tempting to buy it and I eventually bought it right before a trip. The first thing that happened when I plugged the car charger to my iPhone was it said “This accesory is not supported by your device”. The Wall charger takes over 7 hrs to get a full charge (Unlike the original iPhone charger that takes 40 minutes). Overall its a waste of money I recommend not buying it!

Initially I was upset with the order. I ordered this to take with me on a business trip. When I went to use it on the trip the charger did not work. I had to go buy another charger. I did contact the company and they sent me some emails and replaced the part that we thought was not working. About 1 week later I received the new part. Works now.
